We Live in a Zoo

We don't really live in a zoo. But upon entering the (real) zoo we realized that between the 4 of us there are SEVEN children. That is alot.

 I know that Valette is looking away in this picture, but she was totally interested in that tortoise. He was huge and easy for her to find and sitting still eating his breakfast. She kept pointing at him.

 This goat. He seriously walked away from Wyatt into the sun, peed on the ground, then took 2 steps back and DRANK from it. We were done with the petting zoo after watching this. Gross.

 Isn't that the cutest little swimsuit EVER? Also, please admire the pigtails because I LOVE them. Such a little girl necessity.

We love play dates. Especially free ones. Rachael has a member pass to the zoo and can bring one guest and as many free kids as she wants. And Rena Jean got a culture pass which also admits 2 adults. So everyone went for free. It was hot but still enjoyable.

Also we all got to count it as a gym day because we had to hike up and down those hills with heavy strollers. In the sun. Just sayin.
